Ray is a medical device and drug delivery leader with over 25 years of experience guiding innovative bench-level products into clinical and commercial manufacturing. With a robust background in large multinationals like Becton Dickinson, Medtronic and Boston Scientific and dynamic startups including 480 Biomedical, Arsenal Medical, and Lyndra Therapeutics, Ray brings a unique perspective on scaling complex technologies. Ray's core expertise is in manufacturing, product development, and process development—critical areas for launching novel drug delivery systems. Ray has an MBA from Assumption College and a B. Eng from University College Dublin, Ireland.
